Medical Enquiries
For questions about your treatment, consultation, assessment or prescription, please log in to your VivaFem account.
Medical queries are handled securely through your account messaging area. This ensures your information remains private and allows our clinicians to review your medical details appropriately before responding.
When a clinician replies, you will receive an email notification asking you to log in to view the response.
This service is not suitable for urgent or emergency medical issues.
